The Invictus Prophetic Global team partnered with Well Women Leadership at Saint Paul's Hammersmith, where they held a one-day workshop on Hearing God's Voice through Dreams at the end of June.
It was a beautiful turnout and a glowing testament to the budding relationship between the two organisations, as Jamie Phear, who is also part of the core leadership team of Well Women, kicked off the day by sharing on Discernment.
She broke down what discernment is and, through vulnerably sharing her own story of learning to hear God's voice, introduced us to a six-step framework we can incorporate in weighing decisions as we learn to differentiate God's voice from all the other voices we encounter. These included scripture, community, fruit, character, peace, and surrender.
Jamie stressed, however, that discernment isn't about a formula but familiarity, where the goal isn't absolute clarity but communion with the One we can fully trust to lead us according to His good will and perfect purposes.

The ladies were invited to spend some quiet time with the Lord to work through specific areas of disappointment and allow Him to release fresh faith and hope.
As the afternoon approached, the group was treated to a generous, beautifully prepared brunch where they got to connect and fellowship with one another.
After the break, Heather Clayton facilitated a session on how to discern and interpret dreams. It perfectly followed Jamie's session, as so much of what was mentioned and utilised involved discernment. Individually and in small groups, attendees were encouraged to process several dreams that were provided - discerning the source of the dreams and how to go about partnering with God to perceive what He was relaying through them.
Many women were encouraged and empowered to take their dreams more seriously and steward this area of hearing His Voice.
