Call of the Wild Intensive 2026, Wales
Praise, teaching, prophetic words, laughter, dancing, singing, deliverance, duck and an Easter egg hunt. Oh, and food, lots of food and fellowship. This was all part of the March Intensive in Ruthin Wales for both year one and year two Call of the Wild (COTW) participants.
Below are testimonials from two attendees.
From Stefanie Weirda, Netherlands
It was really wonderful to finally meet fellow students in person, many of whom I had had come to know many years ago during Stuck to Struck and other Invictus courses.
During the three-day Intensive, each student from both from year one and year two had to bring a prophetic word. It was a beautiful and impactful at the same time.
It was fascinating to hear the different styles of voices and callings on each person’s prophetic gift. Some deep words were short and sweet and some were longer. Some included a call for action. It was impactful that the words challenged each on of us to the core.
The teachings of the hosts also challenged us in our prophetic walk, and prayer times made room to minister to one another. God's presence was deeply felt throughout the time together and we came away refreshed!
Thank you so much for investing in us Heather, Rebecca and Stephen!
From Aimee Kyffin, London
The COTW Intensive was a beautiful time surrounded by other like-gifted people. Something I hadn’t previously experienced. It was a powerful time of worship, learning and encouragement.
One of my main take-aways is that, even with the same gift or prophecy, we all hear from God differently, and all express His voice differently. I learnt firsthand that there is no one right way to prophecy.
As part of the Intensive, we were all asked to prepare and then share a 15-30 minute ‘word’ (or creative expression) from God. When starting to prepare for mine, I immediately felt God nudge me to dance. But I tried to dismiss it, thinking that wasn’t good enough—especially with no ‘words’ being spoken. But over the weeks leading up to the Intensive, I couldn’t get that out of my mind. God kept bringing back to mind all the things He had been speaking to me over the last year as I’ve journeyed with Him into dance worship.
So, obediently I shared a few words from God about dancing in church and then I danced. It was probably the most powerful time of worship I’ve experienced, and those watching found it to be a powerful and intimate with the Lord, each in their own way. During that time God showed me that He doesn’t need to use my voice to speak, He can speak through the simple act of movement.
I was so encouraged to hear and see everyone else share their words from God in such unique and individual ways—no one the same! I really felt God highlighting, during the Intensive, that not only does He not have one way of speaking to us, but also that He speaks through each of us in unique ways too; to not dismiss our ways of hearing from God and to not dismiss the ways He wants to speak through each of us.
He has lots to say, and we better not get in His way, or we rob others, and ourselves, of His kindness, goodness, love, presence and power.
