Event Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all event registrations, ticket purchases, and participation in events hosted by Invictus Prophetic Global (“IPG”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or attending any IPG event whether online or in person you agree to these Terms.

1. Event Booking & Registration

1.1 All registrations and ticket purchases must be completed through the official booking system or approved channels.
1.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your booking details are accurate, including your email address and attendee information.
1.3 Tickets may not be held or reserved without payment unless explicitly stated.

2. Ticket Policy

2.1 Tickets are issued electronically and must be presented (via email receipt, QR code, or ticket ID) on the day of the event.
2.2 Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time stated at the point of purchase.
2.3 Tickets may not be duplicated, resold, or transferred for commercial purposes without written permission.

3. No Refund Policy

3.1 All ticket sales are final.
3.2 We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Illness or travel delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Technology issues on the attendee’s side (for online events)

  • Failure to attend

3.3 Refunds will only be provided if IPG fully cancels the event (see Section 6).

4. Ticket Transfers

4.1 At our discretion, you may request:

  • Transfer to another person

  • Transfer to another event (if available)

4.2 Transfer requests must be made in writing.
4.3 Transfers are not guaranteed and may be declined based on event capacity or timing.

5. Behaviour & Expectations

5.1 Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and comply with event instructions.
5.2 IPG reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate—without refund.
5.3 Recording, live‑streaming, or broadcasting an event without permission is prohibited.

6. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation

6.1 IPG reserves the right to modify event details, including speakers, content, venue, or timing.
6.2 If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date; refunds will not be offered.
6.3 If the event is cancelled, attendees will be offered:

  • A full refund; or

  • A transfer to another event (where available)

7. Online Events & Digital Delivery

7.1 Access links for online events (e.g., Zoom) are sent to the email used at booking.
7.2 Once access details are issued, the event is considered delivered.
7.3 IPG is not responsible for:

  • Attendee internet issues

  • Device malfunctions

  • Software problems

  • Failure to join the session

If an issue occurs on IPG’s side, the event may be rescheduled.

8. Accessibility & Special Requirements

8.1 Reasonable adjustments may be made when requested in advance.
8.2 Not all venues may be fully accessible; please contact us before booking if you have specific requirements.

9. Liability

9.1 Attendees participate at their own risk.
9.2 IPG accepts no responsibility for:

  • Personal injury (unless caused by our negligence)

  • Loss or damage to personal property

  • Decisions made based on prophetic words, prayer, or ministry content

9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under UK law.

10. Force Majeure

10.1 IPG is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Power outages

  • Severe weather

  • Transport strikes

  • National emergencies

  • Venue closures

  • Platform outages (e.g., Zoom, payment providers)

11. Photography, Media & Recordings

11.1 Events may be recorded or photographed for ministry or promotional purposes.
11.2 By attending, you consent to your image being used unless you opt out in writing before the event.

12. Data Protection

12.1 Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12.2 Data collected during event registration will be used only for event administration and communication.
