​I am sure that some of you who know me have been wondering what I have been up to since leaving for pastures new. Well, the Lord put it on my heart many years ago to bring creatives out of their containment and help them find their place in the Church. We are all creative in one way or another, as we have all been made in the image of God. So it follows that creativity in all its expressions should be evident when we gather.

Having discovered my creativity and the effect it had on people at an Invictus Prophetic Global intensive (some of you will remember), and knowing my calling to gather like-minded creatives, I was inspired to build a website called Heartscribe at the beginning of 2025 and posted some of my work there to start with.

​

With a clear mandate to celebrate the many different forms of creativity, highlight creatives' gifts and abilities, and reveal God's love through their work, as well as to offer a resource to those who are Asking, Seeking, and Knocking, I gathered others with a similar heart. I was able to include their work on the website and build a valuable platform for engagement.

​

Through weekly social media posts, this has reached a large audience, with over 575 posts covering various creative genres, including poetry, spoken word, prophetic word, teaching, blogs, songs, testimonies, short stories and other writings.

 

We currently have 20 writers who have contributed, some of whom are prolific, and it is an honour to showcase their work. Many, as a result of being connected to Heartscribe, have been able to publish for the first time, encouraged by our already published authors.

 

We meet once a month to encourage one another, build relationships, and usually set a challenge to get the creative juices flowing. It has been a joy to see their creative contributions and the growth in their confidence in the gifts they carry.
