Rick and Judy Pichette:
Growing the Prophetic in Canada
Rick and Judy Pichette are Team Leaders of Invictus Prophetic Canada. Rick was born in Clerval, a small town in Northern Quebec. Rick led a wandering lifestyle and ended up in Winnipeg in the 1970s. Judy lived in Winnipeg all her life. She was raised in a Christian home, grounded in biblical moral values.
They have been faithfully married since 1973, having met when they found themselves working at the same place. In 1974, Judy and Rick became parents of a beautiful daughter, Jody and now enjoy being grandparents to a wonderful grandson.
Judy works part-time as an Educational Assistant and is active in serving at her church. She has also worked at the local Salvation Army thrift shop. Through many years of hard work, Rick is now enjoying a retired life. They attend Winnipeg Christian Centre, which actively believes in the five-fold ministry and desires the church to be a habitation of the Lord. They are recognized prophets in their local church – Judy as a seer and Rick as a hearer who moves in words of knowledge and visions.

Rick is also moving into his apostolic call. He believes that preparation is nine-tenth of the job. His skills of planning and strategizing are growing. They have run some prophetic workshops in their church and their church has hosted many prophets who speak into the people.
Rick and Judy have been entrenched in the prophetic community since the early 1990s. They participated in a local prophetic group in Winnipeg which expanded into the Manitoba & NW Ontario’s Prophetic Voice.
When Rebecca King started Fire Church in her home after moving back to Canada in 2019, Rick and Judy immediately became involved. They had become familiar with Rebecca through Woman’s Aglow, Rock Lake Christian Camp, and in their local church.
Fire Church met together faithfully to pray, worship and seek direction from the Lord. In 2023, Rick and Judy became core leaders and were an integral part of the Invictus Canada Blueprint Group, which has since birthed Invictus Prophetic Canada (IPC).
Rick and Judy are pioneers who place utmost value on being Christ centred with Jesus being the Head of the church, without compromise. They highly value loving relationships and transparency. Their deepest desire is to see people purified and transformed into His image – one by one.
Rick’s lifeline is that God is trustworthy in all circumstances, in all situations, and at all times. This is the day the Lord has made regardless of what it looks like, regardless of what it is, whether the weather is good or bad – it doesn’t matter. This is the day the Lord has made; I will rejoice and be glad. Psalm 118:24
Judy’s lifeline scripture is Philippians 1:6 And I am sure of this, that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion. She adds that we must always remember that it is HIS work, not ours. By establishing this in our hearts, God gives us the courage and boldness to press forward.
